WHAT A PLEASURE it was being represented by TAMMY PIPKIN in a recent (very) rural property purchase! We first met Tammy about 5 years ago and had attempted two prior home purchases through her but in both cases were out-bid (our fault, not hers). Given this history, we feared that Tammy might not be eager to work with us especially two out-of-staters who were interested in an inexpensive and off-the beaten path property. Those factors alone would give most realtors pause and/or cause them to turn back. Nonetheless, Tammy was undaunted, pushed full steam ahead, and GOT us the property we desired! Her tireless effort prevailed despite the property’s very remote nature and assorted unforeseen challenges encoutered along the way (e.g., the requirement to obtain easements from the U.S. Forest Service and other private landowners, etc.). Try finding a lender who is willing to underwrite a mortgage on a property lacking formal legal access? Tammy accomplished that for us too! Tammy went the extra mile (both literally and figuratively) for us. Tammy Pipkin is a tremendously hard-working individual. She responded promptly to call after call, text after text, and email after email through a nearly 4 month long purchase process. If any upstart beverage company wants to market a new energy drink, we suggest they name it: “TAMMY!” We continue to wonder when she sleeps? She responded to each and every impediment along the way with optimism and a prevailing attitude. Tammy made sure no stone was left unturned with respect to the particulars of documentation and property repairs. At times when it looked like the challenges of this property purchase were becoming insurmountable, Tammy courageously pushed ahead. This realtor KNOWS HER STUFF and was not afraid to admit when she was venturing into the unfamiliar. She did all the ground work required to make sure we were protected at all times and in all respects. Tammy accomplished all of the above coupled with a very enjoyable sense of humor (which at times came in VERY handy given assorted setbacks encountered along the way).
